Enjoying the weather

So we've been lucky with our spring so far, we've had 70 degree weather for over 3 weeks now.  Time to get Vincent out to the park !

Burning the Bonhomme d'Hiver

We said goodbye to winter by burning the Bonhomme d'Hiver (Winter man).  Apparently its part of Carneval festivities, but since Switzerland is a Prodestant country, not Catholic, we don't really mention Carneval.  Anyway its fun for the kids to paint their faces and watch a bonfire !

We spent an afternoon decorating the Winter Man, which we will burn to the ground next week !
